Steven Hughes
Born and raised in the South Carolina Lowcountry, Steven brings a lifetime of local perspective to Heavenly Ventures. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army as a combat veteran and earned his bachelor’s degree in business management.
Steven has also spent more than three decades with Dominion Energy and serves as Pastor of Faith Baptist Church in Summerville. Across each role, one thing has remained consistent: his passion for helping people succeed and move toward a better future.
Heather Hughes
A Charleston native and Stratford High School alumna, Heather brings strong local ties and decades of leadership and people-focused experience to Heavenly Ventures.
Before joining Dominion Energy, Heather spent 25 years in the cosmetology industry, including leadership as an Area Manager and Corporate Coach for Sport Clips. Her career has centered around developing people, solving problems, and making complicated situations easier to navigate.
She remains deeply connected to the community and is actively involved with the children’s ministry at Faith Baptist Church in Summerville.

We are not your real estate agent or broker in those transactions. If you have representation, we will coordinate with them. If you do not, we can handle things with you directly. Our energy goes into renovating homes and adding value to the areas we serve. Agency questions belong with your local real estate commission.
